The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. If you would like to display your route to the displayed location, please click on "Directions" next to the displayed location. This link will redirect you to a HERE website. There you have the option to enter your current location in order to display the route to the provider. The processing of personal data on the HERE website is governed by the HERE privacy policy (https://legal.here.com/de-de/privacy/policy). We are not responsible for the content provided there.
D. Use of cookies and tracking tools
I. General information
We use various cookies on our website. Cookies are small files with configuration information that are stored on your terminal device. Cookies can basically be divided into three categories: There are cookies that are essential for the functionality of the website (so-called function cookies), cookies that increase the comfort of a website visit and, for example, save your language settings (so-called comfort cookies) and cookies on the basis of which a pseudonymized usage profile is created (so-called tracking cookies). Only function and tracking cookies are provided for our website.
The processing of function cookies is necessary to enable you to visit our website (cf. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
Tracking cookies are only set if consent is given by you as a website visitor (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). The consent is given via the so-called cookie banner, which must be actively clicked.
In the use of cookies and tracking tools, Call Toni GmbH provides support as an order processor.
You can revoke your consent to the data processing presented by the use of the listed cookies and tracking tools at any time with effect for the future by clicking on the following link and changing your currently set preferences in our Cookie Consent Manager:
Manage My Cookie Preferences
For more information about our cookies, please see our Cookie Policy and the following:
Ensighten
Ensighten is a tag management tool and controls the tracking tools used on the website and the cookies associated with each. Ensighten itself does not collect any personal data for this purpose.
II. Adobe Analytics
Our website uses the web analysis service Adobe Analytics to evaluate user access to this website. Data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
For the evaluation, cookies are stored on your terminal device and information is collected about this, which is also stored on servers of our order processor Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited ("Adobe"). Access to the information by Adobe Systems Incorporated, based in the USA, cannot be ruled out, so corresponding EU standard data protection clauses have been concluded as guarantees for data processing in non-European countries. You have the right to be informed about this standard contract in the context of the information.
A direct personal reference of the information stored on the Adobe servers is excluded, because Adobe Analytics is used with the settings "Before Geo-Lookup: Replace visitor's last IP octet with 0" and "Obfuscate IP-Removed". The setting "Before Geo-Lookup: Replace visitor's last IP octet with 0" ensures that the IP address is anonymized by replacing the last octet of the IP address with zeros before this so-called geolocation. The approximate location of the user is added to the tracking packet that still contains the full IP address for statistical analysis. Before the tracking packet is stored, the IP address is then replaced with a single fixed IP address - this is called a generic IP address - if the "Obfuscate IP - Removed" setting is configured. This means that the IP address is no longer included in a stored data record.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking on the link below and changing your currently set preferences in our Cookie Content Manager:
Manage my cookie preferences
If you have not consented to the use of tracking mechanisms for the purpose of "Analytics & Personalization" via our cookie banner or cookie content manager, the analytics service will not be activated. In this case, no data collection will take place.
III. Sophus3
Our website uses the web analysis service Sophus3 to evaluate user access to this website. The data processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).
For the evaluation, cookies are stored on your terminal device and information is collected about this, which is also stored on servers of our order processor Sophus3 Limited Cyprus ("Sophus3"). The cookies contain session IDs and visitor IDs.
In web analytics, page views and actions (e.g. clicks) on the website are recorded sequentially, i.e. one after the other. The resulting data sets are isolated. A unique session ID, which is stored together with the page views and actions, makes it possible to subsequently assign page views and actions to the common session. A unique user ID allows this to be done across different web page visits. The data is used to analyze user behavior on the website.
A direct personal reference of the information stored on the Sophus3 servers is excluded. A random number is assigned as the visitor ID. The IP address is made unrecognizable (hashed) and shortened (the last two octets are removed). A digital fingerprint (DF) is created. However, it uses the shortened IP address. The DF is itself a hash value and thus a back reference is excluded.
Geolocation does not take place. No geodata is collected.
The data is deleted after twelve months.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by clicking on the following link and changing your currently set preferences in our Cookie Consent Manager:
Manage my cookie preferences
If you have not consented to the use of tracking mechanisms for the purpose of "Analytics & Personalization" via our cookie banner or cookie content manager, the analytics service will not be activated. In this case, no data collection will take place.

Right to object: If the processing is based on an overriding legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. In the event of an objection, we ask you to inform us of your reasons for objecting to the data processing. In addition, you have the right to object to data processing for direct marketing purposes. This also applies to profiling, insofar as it is related to direct advertising.
Right to data portability: Insofar as the data processing is based on consent or the performance of a contract and this is also carried out using automated processing, you have the right to receive your data in a structured, common and machine-readable format and to transfer this to another data processor.
Right of withdrawal: If the data processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time free of charge with effect for the future.
